The Perception Whip-it is a general purpose kayak which leans more toward river running and surfing than the Arc/ Sparc. The Whip-it is designed with the smaller paddler in mind and is fitted with a full plate bulkhead footrest, end grabs and foam backrest. A bit of a classic kayak, the whips have inspired rodeo and expedition paddling but appeal to all levels of paddler. Comes with a full plate footrest.
